The "SI Plastic Insert" is a durable and reusable permanent fastening screw for plastic that can be installed using methods such as press-in, molding, and thermal/ultrasonic insertion. It is effective for plastic materials that require durable and robust metal screw threads, especially in applications where assembly and disassembly of equipment is frequently needed for service or repair.
